At Bauder Grading and Excavation,
we aim at completing your job with a quality to be enjoyed in years and lifetimes to come. Though we strive to provide the customer with an affordable bid, we use quality materials, appropriate equipment, and unbeatable service. All bids are free to the customer and include any necessary site visits and/or blueprint evaluations. Detailed plans on a new job help to ensure that an accurate bid can be given to the customer. If they are not available we can work with the customer in obtaining, designing, or referring (engineering) plans to better assess cost for the customer. All bids/invoices will be assessed and aimed at the fairest price to both the customer and contractor. Bids/Invoices will not include excess budgeting for possible unforeseen problems and/or expenses, rather they will only include materials, labor, sales tax, (etc...) estimated to be necessary to correctly complete the project. If additional changes are desired after the estimate has been signed and the work has begun, a change order can be added for the appropriate cost, all change orders will be shown on final invoice to the customer. Bauder Grading and Excavation, LLC warranties all work for one year from the invoice date.
