MEET THE OWNER
Hi there, I am Cory Bauder, the founding owner of Bauder Grading and Excavation, LLC.
I grew up in Tri-cities and proudly graduated a bomber from Richland High School.
From the age of eight I began racing ATV's and later professional motocross. As a young child I was in the dirt, daily practicing, and though no longer racing, the dirt has stuck! My motocross boots that were stained with the loamy dirt from Loretta Lyn's are now traded for dirt stained work boots. I still love and enjoy working daily in the dirt! I began learning the skills needed to excavate as early as 18 in the Seattle area. Now 20 years later I still have the best job in the world, not only do I get to work in the dirt, I get to make your dreams become a reality! I strive to keep this company going with integrity, honesty, and a hard work ethic for the customer, because these are the values that are important for this business to be passed on to my family in the future.
